My internet (Firefox browser) has been sticking recently; I'll be surfing and then all of a sudden it will stop for a few seconds; also there is this irritating popup that keeps attacking me called GrindTV.com, it features a video of a skateboard guy? I tried my antivirus software, Lavasoft Adaware and Spybot, and I checked my registry; but nothing seems to work?? HELP!

Clean out both temps: C:\Windows\Temp and
Folder options to Show all files then:
C:\Documents and Settings\yourname's Documents\Local Settings\Temp
and purge your C;\Windows\Prefetch folder.
Then make your IE history...history, and get rid of your cookies and Temporary Internet files.
Then Reboot
