Why?Computer has virus? what should i do?

I recently reformat my computer.After that my com has certain problems.

1.unable to open web page with the word ' anti virus' / unable to download antivirus software.

2.always hang.

3.have system shutdown msg.

4.unable to detect audio plug-ins.

i have reformat it again, but the problem is still there.

If you have reformat it and the problem is still here, I think it's something in your registry. Take computer to some computer service store to repair that.

try spybot.com or get yourself a mcafee protection program, you can do it all online but i would advise you get a hard copy too cause if you're computer crashes then you have a back up disc. also, they may offer a free version on their website or at least a 30 day free trial to get you started. good luck, its a shame that these hacker morons do this to people...

btw,i got a serious virus but have had spybot installed so it took care of it....
Go to help and support.Do a system restore.Pick a date before you started having problems.You can always undo it if it doesnt solve the problem.
