I was installing an antivirus software while listening to music with the windows media and suddenly my computer automatically shuts down and a message pops up saying the system process 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\services.exe' was terminated. Since then, everytime I want to turn the computer on, it automatically shuts down with the same message.

i don't know much about it but if nothing works try 2 format it... u'll need a restoration CDs which u probably got with ur computer...
give it some medicine
