how do i remove this, it is annoying and now my antivirus software is not working. I try and right click on it and it goes directly to thier website. They will not answer email from me. please help me remove this because it is annoying and is blinking all the time and it pissing me off.

Try looking for removal of the program online.
Also system restore to an earlier date may help...it's worked for me.
